Based on the Japanese save fix patch so I all credit goes to whoever created that.
Works fine with F2A/Flash Advance Pro cards, including Pogoshell.
Doesn't seem to work with Turbo cards. If it works with Xtreme/EZF/XG, congrats, I didn't
test it on them :p
Also clears out the garbage at the end of the rom so it strips down to 10megabytes.
