Very Brief Information:
This NES emulator was ripped from the Zelda promo disc (NTSC version, from our
own source disc, not the PAL release).
The following package contains 3 roms. They are :
Metroid (U), Zelda 1, Zelda 2
Metroid is included to show an example that other NES games do certainly work
with this emulator.
Other files include a split up Zelda 1 dol and a split up Zelda 2 dol, so you
can place your own roms in place of the Zelda games.
Zelda 1 should theoretically allow you to play roms up to 128 kb in size, while
Zelda 2 allows you to play games up to 256 kb in size.
We included both to make manual labor a little simplier (adding dummy data (FF
FF) can be hectic for a newbie), as we believe dummying the games smaller then
128/256kb must be padded in order to load up properly.
With a little more studying from our own spare time, we've come to a conclusion
only mapper 1 games are compatible, leaving hundreds of games incompatible.
Never fear as listings are available of what games contain which mappers. Here
is a link to one :

We've included this text file just in case the site decides to change the
location of the file for any reason.
Other then that, here's the cheap info we put together. We rather not bother
with making a GUI of any sort at this time to make it easier for people to get
this working, people must learn how to use a command prompt!

How to make your own DOLs :
1) How to make your own dol with the zelda 1 split up dol files. (( For 128 kb
games , pad if needed ))
- Go to Files\zelda1 directory
- Load up a command prompt within this
directory - Type copy /B data.001+game.nes+data.003 game.dol (game.nes is
whatever your rom is) ((game.dol is whatever you want to call your file))
- Load with PSUL and enjoy.
2) How to make your own dol with the zelda 2 split up dol files. (( For 256
kb games, pad if needed ))
- Go to Files\zelda2 directory
- Load up a command prompt within this
directory - Type copy /B data.001+game.nes+data.003 game.dol (game.nes is
whatever your rom is) ((game.dol is whatever you want to call your file))
- Load with PSUL and enjoy.
