Nintendo Switch trainer? Why, yes it is!

Who else did you think would do such a thing? We seem to be the only
group left with the capability and the nostalgia (although it would
be nice to be proven wrong :) )... Brought to you thanks to hard
work, reversing, tearing out of hair, et cetera.

This release is compatible with:
- Cave.Story.plus.USA.PROPER.NSW-BigBlueBox
... however, you must not have installed any update to the game.
Your own cart/install of the game should work too, assuming it's v0,
with no other update installed. Perhaps another trainer for JPN cart
will be coming soon?

As for the trainer itself, here are the options:
- Invincibility: you get maximum health.
- Infinite Ammo: all weapon slots get infinite ammunition, fire away!
- Maximum Weapon Level: all weapon slots will always be level 3.
- Infinite Air: gives you the Air Tank.

To use this trainer, you will need to be running any custom firmware
solution supporting ExeFS modifications.
Just extract to sdmc:/atmosphere or sdmc:/sxos
...then start game as normal and enjoy!
(We hope you also enjoy our first trainer menu on Switch!)
