Installation Notes
1. Extract the Intelligent License iso to the root of your memory stick.
2. Copy the PSP folder from the included loader rar file to your memory stick.
3. Copy the patched boot.bin file from the loader rar file to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR
on your memory stick.
4. Place Twisted Metal UMD into your PSP's UMD slot and
choose Game -> Memory Stick -> Intelligent License to start.
