Installation Notes
1. Extract the Intelligent License iso to the root of your memory stick and rename PSP_GAME to INTEL_LI
2. Copy the PSP folder from the included loader rar file to your memory stick.
3. Copy the patched boot.bin file from the loader rar file to INTEL_LI/SYSDIR
on your memory stick.
4. Place Wipeout UMD into your PSP's UMD slot and
choose Game -> Memory Stick -> Intelligent License to start.
